October 1st through October 4th are the dates for (our Georgia chapter of) DOCOMOMO's National Tour Day. The 2008 tour will focus on modern homes built in the last century which evidence the strength of the Modern movement.
These events - individually and together - look to be quite exciting. Especially the section of the tour featuring Collier Heights, an historic Black-American community in the greater Atlanta area.
