Ever since we caught director Richard Lester's feature debut, the 1962 musical comedy It's Trad, Dad! — released in the US as Ring-a-Ding Rhythm! — on TCM a couple of years ago we've been fans of mature-voiced British teen pop star Helen Shapiro.
