I would make scrambled eggs. When they are cooked enough and soft enough to take out of the skillet, I would take an ice cream scoop and place them atop the waffles…Then, garnish with crisp bacon or cheese. This dessert recipe - I would save for after dinner (Unless you enjoy eating your sweet treats in the early morning).
